Refund & Return Policy

At Yash Traders & Manufacturers, we strive to ensure that our customers receive high-quality products that meet industrial standards and expectations. However, if there are any issues with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged during transit.
  • There has been a mismatch in size, type, or quantity from what was originally ordered.
  • The item is unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Requests for return must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.

Non-returnable Items

Custom-made products or bulk orders manufactured specifically on request are non-returnable.
We encourage our customers to double-check specifications before placing such orders.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@yashtradersandmanufacturers.in with the subject line: Return Request – Order #[OrderID].
  2. Attach clear photos of the item showing the defect or issue.
  3. Our support team will review the request and provide a return shipping label if the return is approved.

Do not send your purchase back without approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If the return is approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • For B2B clients, refunds may be processed as credit notes or replacement orders.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or UPI wallet again.
  • Contact your bank/financial institution – it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [your-email].

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. For exchanges, follow the same return process as above.

Note: This policy is applicable for both retail and wholesale customers. For export orders, return and refund terms may vary.
